Universal Television and TBD Productions are in pre-production on a new 1/2 hour multi-camera hybrid 1/2 hour comedy series pilot titled “Holding Patterns”. Casting directors in both Los Angeles and New York are conducting auditions for the series regulars. Kurtzman/Orci Productions and 20th Century Fox Television are prepping to begin filming the new modern–day supernatural thriller “Sleepy Hollow” based on Washington Irving’s short story The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. Shooting will take place in Charlotte, NC starting on March 11, 2013. Casting directors in Los Angeles, New York, and Charlotte are holding auditions for starring, guest starring, possible recurring, and day player roles. Gerber Pictures in association with Storyopolisis is in pre-production on the true-story survival drama feature film “Crazy for the Storm” for Warner Bros. Pictures. The movie centers on eleven-year-old Norman Ollestad, who survived a plane crash which left him stranded on an icy mountaintop by using the skills his father instilled in him. The film’s Primetime Emmy Award nominated casting director is conducting a national talent search for a 9-11 year old boy to play the lead role. The movie is based on Ollestad’s novel “Crazy for the Storm: A Memoir of Survival”. Shooting will take place in Los Angeles starting April, 2013.
It’s a Laugh Productions and Michael Jacobs Productions are getting ready to begin shooting the new multi-camera Disney Channel series sequel “Girl Meets World”. The show will continue where the ABC television sitcom “Boy Meets World” left off back in 2000, however the story jumps ahead to the present. That series ran successfully for seven years beginning in 1993. The Casting Society of America ARTIOS Award winning Disney casting director for the show is auditioning talent for several remaining starring roles, and will also be casting guest starring and day player roles. The extras will be cast throughout production, which officially begins shooting on March 5, 2013.

Berlanti Television and Bonanza Productions in association with Fremantlemedia and Warner Bros. Television are getting set to begin production on a new science fiction television series pilot ‘The Tomorrow People’ for CW Television Network. Casting directors in New York and Los Angeles are holding auditions for series regulars and possible recurring roles, with guest starring and day player roles to be cast subsequently. All of the show’s stand-ins and background extras will be cast in New York throughout production beginning on March 18, 2013.
Legendary Pictures and Warner Bros. Pictures, in association with Disruption Entertainment are in pre-production on the huge big-budget epic feature film “Godzilla”, and shooting is scheduled to begin on March 14, 2013 in Vancouver, British Columbia. The film’s casting directors in Los Angeles and Canada are holding auditions for several starring roles. These roles are for boys ages 3 – 11 years of age. The youngest is a Caucasian boy to play a 4 year old, the middle one is a Japanese boy to play 6 years of age, and the oldest is another Caucasian boy to play 10 years old. The actors do not have to be these exact ages, but can be a year older or younger. The extras will be cast in Vancouver close to the start of filming, which will run through June 22, 2013.
