Casting directors in both Los Angeles and New York are conducting auditions for the series regulars. Possible recurring, guest starring and day player roles will be cast after the main roles are filled. The show will shoot in Los Angeles beginning in April, 2013. Kurtzman/Orci Productions and 20th Century Fox Television are prepping to begin filming the new modern–day supernatural thriller “Sleepy Hollow” based on Washington Irving’s short story The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. Shooting will take place in Charlotte, NC starting on March 11, 2013. Casting directors in Los Angeles, New York, and Charlotte are holding auditions for starring, guest starring, possible recurring, and day player roles. The show’s background performers are being cast by the Charlotte extras casting director. Television crew members and production staff are also being hired locally in North Carolina.

Gerber Pictures in association with Storyopolisis is in pre-production on the true-story survival drama feature film “Crazy for the Storm” for Warner Bros. Pictures. The movie centers on eleven-year-old Norman Ollestad, who survived a plane crash which left him stranded on an icy mountaintop by using the skills his father instilled in him. The film’s Primetime Emmy Award nominated casting director is conducting a national talent search for a 9-11 year old boy to play the lead role. The movie is based on Ollestad’s novel “Crazy for the Storm: A Memoir of Survival”. Shooting will take place in Los Angeles starting April, 2013.
It’s a Laugh Productions and Michael Jacobs Productions are getting ready to begin shooting the new multi-camera Disney Channel series sequel “Girl Meets World”. The show will continue where the ABC television sitcom “Boy Meets World” left off back in 2000, however the story jumps ahead to the present. That series ran successfully for seven years beginning in 1993. The Casting Society of America ARTIOS Award winning Disney casting director for the show is auditioning talent for several remaining starring roles, and will also be casting guest starring and day player roles. The extras will be cast throughout production, which officially begins shooting on March 5, 2013.

Television are getting set to begin production on a new science fiction television series pilot ‘The Tomorrow People’ for CW Television Network. Casting directors in New York and Los Angeles are holding auditions for series regulars and possible recurring roles, with guest starring and day player roles to be cast subsequently. All of the show’s stand-ins and background extras will be cast in New York throughout production beginning on March 18, 2013.

Sony Pictures Television and Pariah Entertainment Group are set to begin production on the new television series pilot “Zombieland” in Atlanta, Georgia. The extras casting director is holding an open casting call for local people 18 years of age and older to work as general and possible featured background performers on the film. Shooting begins on February 25, 2013. The series is a continuation of the 2009 American zombie comedy film of the same name starring Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone, Jesse Eisenberg, and Abigail Breslin. “Zombieland” is also accepting resumes from experienced production staff and television crew members.

The show’s casting directors in Los Angeles and New York are holding auditions for series regulars, with additional auditions to take place as soon as the regulars are cast. The stand-ins and background extras will be cast throughout shooting on the series pilot episode, which begins mid-March, 2013 in Los Angeles. There will be a very large number of people hired to play Navy personnel on the show.
