Reese Witherspoon’s production company Pacific Standard and New Regency are in pre-production on the 20th Century Fox thriller feature film ‘Gone Girl’ based on the novel of the same name by Gillian Flynn. The Primetime Emmy Award nominated casting director is holding auditions in Los Angeles for lead roles, supporting roles, and day players. The photo-doubles and stand-ins for the principal actors, as well as general extras and featured background actors will be cast throughout production. Shooting will take place in Los Angeles and Missouri from mid-October, 2013 through February, 2014.

20th Century Fox has given a 13-episode season one order for the new single-camera comedy series “Enlisted”, and the show’s Primetime Emmy Award nominated casting director is auditioning actors for guest starring, recurring, and day-player roles. The Netflix political drama “House of Cards” is in production in the Harford County, Maryland area. The casting directors are holding an open casting call for extras in addition to recurring and featured roles. “House of Cards” is based on the BBC miniseries of the same name. That original BBC version was based on a novel from British author Michael Dobbs. Netflix has ordered 26 episodes to air over two seasons. This will be the last open casting call for the season one episodes.
