Steve Carell is producing and starring in the feature film “Burt Wonderstone”.
From the producer that brought you such films as “The Hangover,” “I Am Number Four,” “The Butterfly Effect I, II & III,” “American Pie I, II, and III” comes the upcoming New Line Cinema comedy feature film “Burt Wonderstone” starring a powerhouse cast lineup of Steve Carell, Jim Carrey, Steve Buscemi, James Gandolfini, Olivia Wilde, Alan Arkin, and Brad Garrett. Auditions for numerous supporting and day players, and many many extras is underway and will be ongoing through filming.
“Tron: Legacy” director Joseph Kosinski has been tapped to also direct the upcoming Walt Disney Pictures futuristic feature film ‘Oblivion’. Casting for the film’s starring roles is currently taking place at the studio level by the recently promoted Executive VP of Casting for Disney, Gail Goldberg.

Whitewater Films and Footprint Features are currently shooting the independent film “Family Weekend” in Macomb County, Michigan which is part of the Detroit metropolitan area. The casting directors are seeking numerous extras to participate in February, 2011.
The third film in the ABC Family “Cinderella Story” telefilm franchise is set to begin shooting in February, 2011 and the casting directors are holding an open casting call for various roles including trained and talented male and female singers and dancers who are above 18 years of age that can play 17 year olds. These are for principal actor speaking roles.

Justin Timberlake is back in action and returned to the set of his sci-fi thriller feature film “Now,” which was put on a short hold after the “SexyBack” singer injured a calf muscle during shooting in early December. Filming will resume after the holidays on January 5th, 2011. The film’s extras casting director is holding open casting calls for attractive young adults who have not yet worked on the project.
DreamWorks Studios is currently in pre-production on the upcoming feature film “Welcome to People” starring Chris Pine and Elizabeth Banks. Offer Are out to Meryl Streep and Olivia Wilde to also star in the film. The casting director for “Welcome to People” is holding an open casting call looking for a 11-13 year old Caucasion boy for a lead role in the film.

Big Kid Pictures in association with Original Film and Fastball Productions is currently shooting the film “The Change-Up” and is seeking thousands of extras to fill Turner Field in Atlanta. General extras are also needed throughout filming which will continue through December 11, 2010.
